your options.

YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS
>> OPTION
1: You can remain
a member of
IATSE Local 820....
if you choose this option:

You will be required to pay a minimum of $57.00 per
quarter to the local, or 1.35% of your gross earnings,
whichever is greater. |
| >>
You
will be billed quarterly for these amounts |
| >>
If
work is available, you will be allowed to work at any
venue with an IATSE 820 contract. |
>> OPTION
2: You can withdraw
from IATSE Local 820...
if you choose this option:

You must fill out a WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FORM (SEE
BELOW) |
| >>
You
cannot work for any IATSE Local without rejoining |
| >>
If
you decide to rejoin, you must pay all back dues owed
to IATSE International from the date of withdrawal to
reinstatement (this is required by the International) |
| >>
If you decide to rejoin, there may be full or partial
initiation and application fees, depending on local
and international constitution requirements at that
time. |
